Intelliglide’s Return Policy

Intelliglide is committed to providing our family of customers with the highest level of service. To avoid any misunderstanding we encourage all our customers to read and become familiar with our return policy outlined below.

Intelliglide will accept the return of unused and undamaged products only. Products must be returned in the original packaging. The procedure is as follows:

  • Within ten (10) days after receipt of the Intelliglide product, the customer must contact Intelliglide Customer Support department at 1 (888) 454-3391 or 1 (888) GLIDE-911 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Upon receipt of the RMA number from Intelliglide, customer must ship the product back to Intelliglide in the original packaging. Product must be unused and undamaged and returned within ten (10) days after the RMA was issued.
  • Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price for the returned item. Payment of this fee is due at the time the customer obtains the RMA, subject to actual return of the item in accordance with above.
  • Upon receipt of the returned Intelliglide product, the product will be inspected to ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging and is unused and undamaged. Upon confirmation and verification, Intelliglide will credit the customer for the purchase price of the item less the 15% restocking fee
  • If the returned product is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, Intelliglide, a credit will not be issue to the customer. Customer will also be responsible for paying all costs for the return of the item to the customer.
